Heavenly Touch Day Spa is looking for experienced, self-motivated, & talented licensed massage & bodywork therapists and front desk attendants to join our growing team of award-winning spa professionals. Licensed Esthetician

Qualifications include:

  • Licensed to perform esthetics in North Carolina

  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with chemical peels, microdermabrasion treatments, dermaplane, and eyelash extensions

  • Proficient in all waxing services using hard and soft wax

  • Established knowledge of professional skincare product ingredients, applications and benefits 

  • Demonstrated success in retail product sales and treatment upgrades to better serve clients and drive revenue

  • Must have a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

  • Must have reliable transportation 

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform professional skincare services at a high level including but not limited to: facials, waxing, lash & brow tinting, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and lash & eyebrow services

  • Educate clients on home care regimens to achieve desired results

  • Maintain cleanliness of treatment room, equipment, and supplies to Board of Cosmetology standards

  • Review intake form and customize treatments to address client concerns and requests

  • Apply professional knowledge and creativity to enhance the client experience

Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist

  • Licensed and insured to perform massage therapy in North Carolina

  • Established knowledge in a variety of traditional massage modalities

  • Demonstrated success treatment upgrades to better serve clients and drive revenue

  • Must have a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform professional massage therapy services at a high level including but not limited to: deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point, prenatal, aromatherapy, and hot stone

  • Maintain cleanliness of treatment room, equipment, and supplies to Board and spa standards

  • Review intake form and customize treatments to address client concerns and requests

  • Apply professional knowledge and creativity to enhance the client experience

Front Desk Attendant

Our Front Desk Attendants are our main customer service representatives through both face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. As the liaison between our clients and our licensed massage therapists and estheticians, our attendants schedule all of the service appointments and manage the usage of our tanning facilities. This position entails offering memberships and suggesting services, promotional packages, and gift cards to our clients. 

Additional Responsibilities:  

  • Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients

  • Schedule/Confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book

  • Greet and check-in/out clients before/after their appointment

  • Detailed knowledge of retail products and service menu 

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and relaxing spa facility

  • Learn the spa software booking & point-of-sale program with basic computer/keyboard skills

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

  • Excellent phone etiquette and speaking skills

  • A team player with a positive attitude, comfortable in a fast paced environment

  • Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus

  • Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution

  • Have reliable transportation to/from work, especially during winter weather

  • Tanning certified in NC is a plus

  • Must be available throughout Summer 2025
